What you will do

• Participate in shift rotation to respond to product infrastructure alerts and incidents.
• Monitor product infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog.
• Perform regular maintenance, debugging, and enhancement of the hosting infrastructure.
• Document findings to transform them into repeatable actions and automation.
• Optimize and implement automation across multiple projects using Ansible.
• Implement and improve services using Python, Bash, or other suitable tools.

Requirements

• Fluent English for working in a global team.
• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Practical knowledge of Bash for debugging logs, service outputs, and network/firewall issues.
• Passion for monitoring and monitoring-driven operations.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate asynchronously in a team.

Nice to have

• Capability to script with Python, PHP, Bash, or Go.
