What you will do

• Partner with regional sales teams to develop strategic technical account and territory plans.
• Conduct live demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the value of identity technology.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor and advocate for customers throughout the sales journey.
• Lead the technical solutioning phase and execute outcome-focused proofs of concept.
• Build and manage technical relationships with customers, technology partners, and delivery partners.
• Participate in marketing-led events as a speaker and thought leader.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing consulting role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders including CxO, security teams, and developers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles using creative approaches.
• Passion for learning diverse technologies and solving real-world identity challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support customers in their cloud acceleration journey.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-on, or API-based solutions.
• Knowledge of network security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, or LDAP.
• Proficiency in IT Security, Identity, or Developer domains.
• Hands-on experience with web, mobile, or backend development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
