Location: Tel-Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Support pre- and post-sale security engagements and manage security questionnaires within SLAs.
• Maintain security documentation and internal knowledge bases, including whitepapers and FAQs.
• Lead security onboarding sessions and deliver training for Sales, SEs, and Customer Success teams.
• Represent the Security team in customer meetings, translating technical security concepts for business stakeholders.
• Manage third-party risk management processes, including vendor assessments and risk tiering.
• Leverage AI and agentic tools (LLMs, n8n) to streamline questionnaire responses and evidence collection.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in information security in client-facing roles within a SaaS environment.
• Expertise with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and frameworks.
• Executive-level communication skills to manage senior customer stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows for efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
