Cybersecurity Risk Analyst (Fintech): Executing the cybersecurity risk program by organizing information, enabling risk management decisions, and addressing threats to secure company assets with an accent on NIST 800-53 controls and regulatory compliance. Focus on performing third-party risk assessments, managing cybersecurity policies, and collaborating with business partners to drive program maturation.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irving, TX (Hybrid, 4 days/week in office). No visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with NIST frameworks.
• Perform third-party and application-level risk assessments.
• Track remediation items and findings to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business partners to manage cybersecurity needs and monitor policy adherence.
• Drive continuous process improvement for the cybersecurity risk program.
• Maintain knowledge of GRC tooling and the global regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and the OSI model.
• Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001.
• Demonstrated success in project management and technical writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
