What you will do

• Distill complex scientific content into an understandable and engaging format for a diverse audience.
• Craft long- and short-form product content experiences using behavioral science to support personal growth.
• Apply narrative arcs as a tool for inspiring and motivating users toward positive change.
• Proofread all content for grammar, punctuation, and stylistic inconsistencies.

Requirements

• Native or highly fluent English speaker with mastery of grammar and sentence construction.
• Background in Psychology, Humanities, English, or Creative Writing.
• Skilled in science-based research and thoughtful, calm writing.
• Strong interest in personal development and human behavior.
• Ability to be professional, self-reliant, and self-directed.

Nice to have

• Training in counseling psychology, coaching, or behavioral change.
• Advanced degrees (PhD, MA, MSc, MFT, PsyD) in psychology, neuropsychology, or related fields.
