TL;DR

Lead Solution Architect (hirify.global Content Management): Designing and delivering end-to-end architectures for Content Management platforms within the public sector with an accent on cloud migration and system integration. Focus on building hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure, integrating enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce, and guiding modernization strategies.

Location: Hybrid; must be located in or around Rome, Italy for occasional on-site presence

What you will do

  • Design end-to-end architectures for hirify.global Content Management (Extended ECM) and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and Office365.
  • Lead technical delivery across hybrid, cloud, and on-prem environments using GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Define infrastructure, integration, and deployment architectures utilizing APIs and container platforms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers on cloud adoption, modernization, and technical best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure long-term value.
  • Support pre-sales activities and drive quality and governance standards across implementations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure and networking (Linux/Windows, web/app servers, databases).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with enterprise application integration, including APIs and microservices.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Must be based in or around Rome to support required on-site client visits.
