What you will do

• Develop game features and core systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Build and test features according to project requirements using C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Provide detailed progress reports and task estimates regarding effort and risks.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing technical insights and experience.
• Create technical documentation and promote standardized coding conventions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional game industry experience as a software engineer.
• Deep practical knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine (including Blueprints).
• English: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Timezone: Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) overlapping hours.
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Perforce, Git, or Subversion) and Jira.
• Proven track record of developing complete subsystems and optimizing memory/performance.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping cross-platform titles (PC, Consoles).
• Large-scale game development expertise.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.
