What you will do

• Propose and implement innovative verification strategies to validate functional blocks and subsystems for the Wavelogic product family.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and architects to interpret architectural and functional requirement specifications.
• Develop comprehensive verification, functional coverage, and formal verification test plans.
• Create testbench environments, components, agents, and scoreboards using SystemVerilog UVM and C.
• Perform coverage-driven and formal verification, monitor regressions, and debug failures in coordination with designers.
• Report regular status updates on the validation process.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc).
• Experience with formal verification methods.
• Knowledge of standards and protocols such as OTN, B100G, and Ethernet.
• Proficiency in Python, Make, bash, object-oriented programming, C, C++, and System C.
• Ability to work on-site in Ottawa for a minimum of three days each week.
• Excellent written and oral English interpersonal skills.
