What you will do

• Design and lead internal communication systems, including newsletters, rituals, and knowledge base platforms.
• Maintain and evolve tooling infrastructure, specifically Slack structure and Notion organization.
• Organize and improve weekly operational rituals such as All-hands and continuous learning sessions.
• Act as a bridge between Founders/Chief of Staff and the company, distilling strategic updates into clear messaging.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, operations, or a fast-paced PR/journalism environment.
• Strong structured thinking skills to synthesize complex information into logical frameworks.
• High proficiency with Slack, Notion, and project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.
• Exceptional written and oral communication in both Spanish and English is non-negotiable.
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority across various team levels.
