TL;DR

Communications Jr Manager (PR/Communications): Developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies for the Andina region with an accent on media relations, internal messaging, and brand reputation. Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia. No relocation or visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy and plan for the Andina region.
  • Manage media relations, crisis communications, and thought leadership activities.
  • Support marketing communications for trade shows, customer events, and digital channels.
  • Lead internal communications, including town halls, leadership messaging, and intranet optimization.
  • Collaborate with PR, digital, and creative agencies to align materials with regional strategy.
  • Coordinate with regional and global communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications.
  • Proven track record of successful communications projects and activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
  • Must be based in Bogota, Colombia; no relocation or visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML and website management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
