What you will do
- Define and own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plan for University Commercial.
- Develop communication strategies across owned, paid, and earned media to ensure consistent, customer-centric messaging.
- Lead a marketing team of 2–5 specialists, setting clear priorities, roles, and KPIs.
- Drive qualified demand and revenue growth through performance marketing and data-driven optimization.
- Oversee the production of videos, animations, and interactive learning assets in collaboration with internal studios and external vendors.
- Establish marketing OKRs and workflows while ensuring data handling meets GDPR requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Academic background with a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven success in B2B and B2C demand generation, ideally within the EdTech or IT sectors.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher required for a global professional environment.
- Location: Must be based in Lviv for office-based work.
