What you will do
- Lead GTM strategy and campaign execution within a specific functional area to ensure growth and adoption.
- Collaborate with product, sales, content, and partner teams to deliver integrated marketing plans.
- Develop messaging and positioning assets that resonate with developers and decision makers.
- Design and implement experiments to test marketing hypotheses and refine strategies.
- Drive major product launches, marketing initiatives, and growth programs.
- Mentor team members, strengthen the marketing function, and set high delivery standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within software, SaaS, or open source.
- Strong track record in shaping GTM strategies and messaging that move the pipeline.
- English: C1+ (Strong written and verbal communication required).
- Exceptional academic record from high school and university.
- Ability to manage budgets and evaluate ROI using data-driven approaches.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across an organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches.
- Background in sales-led or ecosystem growth.
- Understanding of open source communities and business models.
- Experience managing external vendors or agencies.
- Experience mentoring junior marketers.
