Publications Coordinator

Location: This is a home-based role within the UK, with occasional international travel required.

What you will do

• Managing the end-to-end publications process.
• Coordinating publication schedules and tracking deadlines.
• Copy-editing, proofreading, and improving technical content for clarity and impact.
• Supporting peer review and external journal submission processes.
• Managing external suppliers including designers, proofreaders, and agencies.
• Maintaining publication records, repositories, and governance documentation.

Requirements

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• A strong writer and editor, able to simplify and improve complex content.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
• Experienced working with digital tools and content management systems.
