Senior FF&E and Styling Designer | Global

Location: London, UK; the role is based in London, involves work between the studio and store sites, and may require periodic travel.

What you will do

• Lead FF&E and styling design for multiple new stores from concept through installation.
• Develop and maintain a consistent FF&E and styling language across markets while allowing local character.
• Create concepts, mood boards, sample boards, specifications, schedules, and procurement trackers.
• Manage approved furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories, styling guidelines, lead times, costs, and deliveries.
• Complete on-site quality and finish checks, resolve installation issues, and ensure spaces meet design, safety, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Operations, Real Estate, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track and on budget.

Requirements

• BArch, MArch, or a related design degree, including Interior Design or Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in FF&E design, interior styling, or interior design, ideally in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail.
• Experience leading FF&E packages from concept through procurement and installation.
• Hands-on experience with on-site installation and styling.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, accessories, commercial FF&E standards, lead times, fire ratings, and durability.
• Strong supplier and maker network, budget management and negotiation skills, excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
