What you will do

• Partner with New Product Development (NDP) functions to define and deliver packaging requirements.
• Develop packaging components and assemblies for medical devices.
• Source, test, and approve materials for packaging systems.
• Support verification, validation, and implementation of design and process development.
• Perform technical root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Create technical documentation including design specs, validations, and technical reports.

Requirements

• Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree).
• Experience with biomedical materials and medical device design procedures.
• Proven track record in innovative design and product development.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA, and Minitab.
• Knowledge of Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM) practices.
