What you will do

• Manage and triage operational support tickets and investigate complex infrastructure issues.
• Provide advanced endpoint support across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
• Perform infrastructure administration, monitor alerts, and execute first-line remediation.
• Manage vulnerability remediation and patching processes to ensure system security.
• Maintain and improve operational runbooks and technical documentation.
• Deliver onsite support and hands-on troubleshooting when required.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and access control concepts.
• Ability to use scripting or automation for operational tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical users.

• Familiarity with DevOps environments, tooling, and operational support models.
