What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Shift Leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and freshness to minimize waste and optimize product availability.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management, including regular 1-on-1 feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to improve store processes and delivery speed.
• Handle shift scheduling and ensure the store is fully equipped with necessary supplies and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain strong communication with internal functions to ensure an optimal product selection.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and grow teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Fluent level of English required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for operational improvement.
• Proactive, service-minded approach with a can-do attitude.
