Location: Hybrid (Hilversum/Amsterdam). Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead high-profile client engagements as the senior face of hirify.global, acting as a trusted advisor to the client's leadership team.
• Manage executive and C-suite relationships, leading steering committees and framing strategic choices.
• Develop and shape data & AI strategies, translating business ambition into executable technical roadmaps.
• Oversee program delivery, managing scope, budget, and coordinating across consultants and client teams.
• Provide strategic guidance based on technical knowledge of the Microsoft data stack to ensure realistic outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the partnership and shape new workstreams within the client account.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, data, or strategy roles with meaningful time leading client engagements.
• Proven track record of presence and influence with C-suite stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, CFOs).
• Strong project and program management skills, including budget and risk management.
• Solid grounding in data & AI, specifically the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Synapse).
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in the Dutch language.
• Experience with adjacent data stacks such as Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, or AWS.
