What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud.
• Lead infrastructure architecture and reliability improvements for critical custody services.
• Own and evolve blockchain node infrastructure, ensuring high availability and failover.
• Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, testing, and incident response.
• Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability across distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on infrastructure and platform engineering decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering for high-availability production systems.
• Proven experience provisioning and managing infrastructure with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Deep experience with containerized infrastructure and Kubernetes in highly available environments.
• Strong production experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Go, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Experience with messaging technologies like RabbitMQ or AMQP and confidential computing solutions (e.g., AWS Nitro Enclaves).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitOps practices using platforms like Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, or Prometheus.
