What you will do

  • Consolidate and maintain detailed inventories of external data points, categories, and internal data flows for compliance and optimization.
  • Design and implement dashboards for billing analytics across major vendors to enhance transparency.
  • Perform quarterly analysis on data costs and usage to identify savings opportunities.
  • Educate internal teams on proper data utilization to minimize compliance risks and optimize commercial structures.
  • Evaluate the impact of new data solutions and products to maximize the value of external data.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and Technology functions to optimize market data usage and support contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience with market data knowledge within a large financial institution or bank.
  • Deep understanding of banking industry data infrastructure and the market data vendor landscape.
  • Expertise in delivery mechanisms, non-display vs display data, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize large quantities of data into actionable spending trends and insights.
