• Collaborate on and execute innovative game ideas within the ReelWeb studio.
• Produce detailed design documents for stakeholders.
• Analyse and refine game mechanics to optimize player experience and profitability.
• Implement problem-solving strategies to address complex gameplay issues.
• Communicate effectively with development teams to ensure successful game delivery.
• Stay current with emerging mathematical methods and technologies in the iGaming industry.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Game Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with C++ and Excel.
• Strong understanding of Mathematics.
• Experience developing game concepts and simulating game software.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
