TL;DR
Culture and Engagement Lead (Fintech): Designing and delivering end-to-end employee engagement, social impact, and culture-building programs with an accent on stakeholder alignment and operational excellence. Focus on fostering an inclusive workplace culture, executing high-impact events, and supporting the Site Director in driving organizational initiatives.
Location: Must be based in Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines. This role follows a hybrid work model with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly.

What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that promote an inclusive, values-driven company culture.
- Own the end-to-end design and execution of employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Lead the Manila site’s social impact strategy, including community partnerships and volunteer programs.
- Provide high-level operational support to the Site Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Analyze engagement data and feedback to continuously improve cultural health and program impact.
- Collaborate with global HR, Learning & Development, and Impact teams to align local initiatives with global goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in culture, engagement, or social impact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- High emotional intelligence and a people-first approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
