HR Business Partner

Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Consult with management to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations.
• Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain deep knowledge of local labor laws.
• Improve work relationships, build morale, and drive retention and productivity.
• Represent the manager in various meetings as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of broad HR experience with at least 3 years at a senior level.
• In-depth knowledge of local and country-specific labor laws.
• Proven experience in mentoring junior team members.
• Expertise in managing and investigating complex employee relations issues.
• Ability to provide expert advice across all aspects of human resources.
