What you will do

  • Lead the divisional export control and sanctions function, including people leadership and performance management.
  • Implement national and international export control and sanctions regulations across the division and global subsidiaries.
  • Oversee day-to-day case handling, licensing processes, and regulatory interactions.
  • Advise divisional leadership and business units on compliance risks and decision-making.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to strengthen systems and operational processes.
  • Build international networks to ensure knowledge sharing and consistent practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in export control and sanctions, preferably in defence or aerospace industries.
  • Proven track record of leading professional teams in high-stakes environments.
  • Deep understanding of international regulatory frameworks and risk assessment.
  • Experience managing stakeholders within international organizations and subsidiaries.
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance and authorization.
