What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and other business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and execute tailored hiring strategies.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across European markets.
• Optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience using the Teamtailor platform.
• Implement AI tools to automate workflows and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Stay current with market trends to refine sourcing and hiring approaches.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with exposure to engineering roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• English: Business fluency required.
• University degree.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fintech or the financial sector.
• Experience working in Latvian, German, or other EU talent markets.
