What you will do

• Translate market requirements from customers into detailed product specifications.
• Design and develop secure JavaCard applets for car access, battery management, telematic systems, identification, and payment services.
• Ensure proper internal unit and system tests, and support functional and security testing at external test houses.
• Provide technical guidance and steer multi-site software development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• 6+ years of JavaCard Applet development experience for mass-market products.
• Solid understanding of Secure Element/smartcard internal workings and cryptographic algorithms (DES, AES, RSA, ECC, PKCS).
• Experience with compliance certification for payment and eGovernment applications.
• Fluent English skills both verbally and written.
• Basic knowledge of automotive standards (IATF16949, FMEA, ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262).

Nice to have

• Experience in technical collaboration within cross-industry organizations, such as the Car Connectivity Consortium.
