What you will do
- Provide technical guidance and diagnostic instructions to Ford Authorised Repairers and independent operators.
- Handle incoming technical enquiries to enable efficient vehicle repair and diagnosis.
- Record vehicle and concern details into computer systems for tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Project Management on vehicle case histories and trend analysis.
- Maintain high quality standards and acceptable response rates for all helpdesk requests.
Requirements
- Experience as a Dealer Technician with practical workshop experience.
- Technical education at suitable grades (e.g., City and Guilds or NVQ L3).
- Must be prepared to travel for up to one week at a time as requested by Project Management.
- Strong logical thought processes and ability to conduct non-leading questioning.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and a self-starter approach to work.
Nice to have
- High voltage IMI level 3 qualification.
- Previous customer service experience.
