What you will do
- Administer and configure mobile devices (Android, iOS) and desktop systems (Linux, macOS).
- Set up user accounts for various mobile applications.
- Monitor device and service health, responding promptly to incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve requests from users and internal team members.
- Assist in testing new Go service functionality and existing solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to document and reproduce technical bugs.
Requirements
- Experience as a macOS and Android user.
- Understanding of mobile application architecture (Android/iOS).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Motivation to grow within technical support and QA domains.
- Basic English proficiency for documentation work.
Nice to have
- Experience in application or service testing.
- Familiarity with GitHub and task tracking systems.
- Experience working with command-line interfaces (Linux/macOS).
