What you will do

• Analyze ad creative performance and identify improvement areas.
• Source images, music, and videos for ad content.
• Collaborate with marketers and creative teams on innovative materials.
• Ensure all creatives meet compliance standards.
• Create technical specifications in the internal system and CRM.
• Monitor market trends for creative inspiration.

Requirements

• English: B1 or higher
• Understanding of creative components (fonts, music, video, background).
• Willingness to learn and grow in marketing.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
