What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional core teams to achieve delivery, cost, and quality targets.
• Drive the stage gate process, leading phase/gate reviews and managing design changes and validations.
• Coordinate stakeholders throughout the development cycle and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with design, development, tooling, injection, quality, and supply chain departments.
• Manage customer engineering changes and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• MQF Level 6 or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Solid experience in product development, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated team management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
