What you will do

• Monitor trading platforms and risk tools, tracking instrument settings and system performance.
• Track market risk exposure across asset classes and escalate limit breaches.
• Identify irregular or abusive trading activity, such as latency arbitrage or systematic price exploitation.
• Monitor hedge coverage, directional inventory, and net exposure.
• Ensure pricing integrity by identifying spread drift and execution quality anomalies.
• Develop and improve risk dashboards using AI and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years’ experience in market risk, trading operations, or brokerage within a CFD or prime broker.
• Solid understanding of CFD and FX trading mechanics.
• Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 or cTrader.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (early mornings, evenings, or weekends).
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Exposure to liquidity bridge technologies (e.g., OneZero).
• Familiarity with AI tools or data analytics platforms used in trading workflows.
• CySEC Advanced or Basic Certificate.
• Understanding of A/B book mechanics and trading revenue models.
