Vendor Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and coordinate with outsourcing partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Manage end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) activities and resolve complex invoice discrepancies via ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Finance, and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and SOX-related processes.
• Provide the Regional Vendor Operations Manager with operational data, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, or Finance operations (internships are acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with P2P tools including ServiceNow, Ariba, SAP Fiori, or Basware.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
