TL;DR

Lead Developer (Fullstack): Leading software delivery teams and collaborating with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions with an accent on clean code, TDD, and continuous delivery. Focus on mentoring team members, driving technical excellence, and navigating complex project requirements in a consultancy environment.

Location: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR. Role is based in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and lead delivery teams.
  • Champion best practices including TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle from ideation to production.
  • Design pragmatic solutions while balancing technical constraints and business value.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and an inclusive culture.
  • Advocate for DevSecOps practices and continuous delivery to ensure high-quality software.

Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.
  • At least 10 years of experience with Python/Node.js and React/Angular.
  • Strong background in Object-Oriented programming and Agile/Lean methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading software development teams and executing technical visions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and software architecture.
  • Resilience in ambiguous situations and strong communication skills for client negotiation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of functional programming paradigms or event-driven architecture.
