What you will do

• Develop high-quality backend systems using NodeJS and frontend applications using ReactJS/NextJS.
• Ensure production stability and promptly resolve critical operational issues.
• Analyze existing codebases to identify and implement performance enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently address change requests.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on software development best practices.
• Perform peer pull request reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of full-time experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and Styled-components.
• Experience with database management using MongoDB and MySQL.
• Familiarity with automation workflows using Selenium, Cypress, and Puppeteer.

Nice to have

• A portfolio of relevant projects.
• Experience with GCP or AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with web templating languages such as Pug or Slim.
• Experience in creating technical documentation.
