TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (PropTech): Owning the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for consumer experiences in the Vietnamese real estate market with an accent on acquisition, search, discovery, and retention. Focus on building AI-driven conversational search, personalization, and optimizing user journeys through data-driven experimentation.

Location: Must be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Define and own the product strategy for core consumer experiences to align with company goals and user needs.
  • Build and improve consumer-facing features including AI conversational search, recommendations, and personalization.
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through product-led initiatives.
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize key product metrics.
  • Translate deep user behavior insights and pain points into actionable product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operation teams to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience scaling consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong track record in growth, engagement, or marketplace products.
  • Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
