Location: On-site in Vietnam

What you will do
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to provide insights for decision support.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Partner with commercial, operational, and accounting teams to understand business drivers and deliver financial insights.
- Identify and drive process improvements through the creation of standard reports, tools, dashboards, and digitalization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures, supporting audit and statutory reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support business initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance analyst or accounting roles, preferably in multinational or FMCG environments.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, management reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
