TL;DR
Lead, Global Brand Experience (Marketing): Developing and executing regional brand experience strategies and high-impact events in KSA to bring Snap’s products and innovation to life with an accent on experiential activations and regional brand positioning. Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid: 4+ days per week in office)

What you will do
- Shape and execute the regional brand experience strategy for the MENA region in partnership with the Head of GBX MENA.
- Lead the conceptualization and delivery of high-impact events and activations across the Middle East, primarily focusing on KSA.
- Develop a regional roadmap of experiences that showcase Snap’s products, technology, and innovation.
- Manage end-to-end execution from ideation and creative development to logistics, production, and on-site delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, and agencies within Riyadh and across KSA.
- Handle budget tracking and financial management, optimizing event ROI to ensure alignment with company priorities.
Requirements
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the ability to work from the office 4+ days per week.
- 5+ years of experience managing and producing large-scale events or experiential activations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Established professional network within Riyadh and KSA’s events and entertainment ecosystem.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience supporting sales and advertising initiatives in tech, media, or production environments.
- Proven track record of delivering culturally relevant and innovative brand activations.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of event-driven revenue impact.
