TL;DR

Lead, Global Brand Experience (Marketing): Developing and executing regional brand experience strategies and high-impact events in KSA to bring Snap’s products and innovation to life with an accent on experiential activations and regional brand positioning. Focus on managing end-to-end production, building extensive vendor networks in Riyadh, and driving client engagement through strategic brand moments.

Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid: 4+ days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Shape and execute the regional brand experience strategy for the MENA region in partnership with the Head of GBX MENA.
  • Lead the conceptualization and delivery of high-impact events and activations across the Middle East, primarily focusing on KSA.
  • Develop a regional roadmap of experiences that showcase Snap’s products, technology, and innovation.
  • Manage end-to-end execution from ideation and creative development to logistics, production, and on-site delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, and agencies within Riyadh and across KSA.
  • Handle budget tracking and financial management, optimizing event ROI to ensure alignment with company priorities.

Requirements

  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the ability to work from the office 4+ days per week.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and producing large-scale events or experiential activations.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Established professional network within Riyadh and KSA’s events and entertainment ecosystem.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience supporting sales and advertising initiatives in tech, media, or production environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering culturally relevant and innovative brand activations.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of event-driven revenue impact.
