What you will do

• Define and steward the brand across MENA, ensuring consistency with global identity while building cultural relevance in KSA and the UAE.
• Lead the growth function across organic social, content, partnerships, and referral programs.
• Own paid acquisition end-to-end, including search, social, and programmatic channels with full P&L responsibility.
• Oversee PR, communications, and earned media strategy across English and Arabic media.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary marketing team.
• Partner with property leadership, leasing, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts map directly to occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience in senior roles owning both brand and performance.
• Deep understanding of KSA and UAE markets, including consumer behavior, media landscape, and regulatory nuances.
• Proven track record scaling marketing functions in real estate, hospitality, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical foundation with experience in attribution models, CAC/LTV, and marketing mix modeling.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing agencies across multiple markets.
• Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
