Senior Producer (Mobile Games)

Location: Hybrid, on-site position based in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from early planning through development, launch, and post-launch.
• Translate product goals into realistic delivery plans covering scope, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and quality expectations.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and changes, raising issues early to keep delivery transparent and predictable.
• Assess trade-offs, provide recommendations, make decisions within scope, and follow through when plans change.
• Improve delivery practices by adapting the approach, strengthening team ownership, and addressing recurring delivery problems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Game Design, UX/UI, Art, Engineering, QA, Data Science, Business Analytics, marketing, and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex product or game development projects across creative and technical disciplines.
• End-to-end project leadership with ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Ability to manage risks, changing priorities, incomplete information, and unexpected issues.
• Ability to create clear, realistic plans while maintaining a broader perspective.
• Strong communication of risks and problems, with recommendations or proposed next steps.
• Ability to establish appropriate structure and ownership for a team and apply feedback to improve working methods.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and operating live mobile games, including event calendars and incident handling.
• Experience mentoring other Producers.
• Passion for football and understanding of football audiences and products.
