What you will do
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and asset servicing events across Stocks, ETFs, and Options.
- Monitor, validate, and reconcile corporate action, entitlement, and tax discrepancies across internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external custodians to improve operational workflows.
- Support options-related lifecycle events, including contract adjustments and exercise/assignment processing.
- Drive automation and scalability by identifying operational bottlenecks and control gaps.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in corporate actions, custody, asset servicing, or post-trade operations within brokerage or banking.
- Solid understanding of securities operations, including settlement, reconciliation, and entitlement calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational ownership mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
- Interest in leveraging automation, data tooling, and AI-driven workflows.
