What you will do

• Recover crew schedules and line training plans following operational disruptions.
• Plan crew routes based on established schedules and strict duty rules.
• Optimize crew rosters to maximize productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
• Manage roster fatigue and ensure the wellbeing of crew members.
• Lead initiatives for process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with Crew Control, Flight Operations, Training, and HR on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Experience with AIMS Crew and Ops systems.
• In-depth knowledge of working rules, limitations, and rest requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
