Tax Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead group reorganization and cross-border business model transformation projects.
• Act as the primary internal consultant for finance and other departments on all tax-related matters.
• Manage communication and collaboration with external tax consultants on complex structuring.
• Lead the strategy and response for tax audits in Lithuania and abroad.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with global Transfer Pricing (TP) requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns across all active jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on tax experience in a consulting firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian tax law, international tax treaties, and the OECD tax framework.
• Experience in corporate, withholding, personal, and VAT taxes.
• Proven ability to perform tax risk assessments aligned with business strategy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
