What you will do

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly of components for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and ground control stations.
• Assemble drones from prefabricated parts such as motors, lightweight frames, wiring, and cameras with precision.
• Utilize hand tools, including screwdrivers, magnifiers, and soldering irons to maintain top-quality standards.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized specialized production area.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Flight Test, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or a strong desire to learn manufacturing skills.
• Completed degree or apprenticeship in a technical field (strong advantage).
• Previous experience in assembly work and soldering (strong advantage).
• Fine motor skills and the ability to handle small components carefully.
• Strong communication skills in English or German.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
