What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Perform technical SEO audits focusing on indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Build and maintain SEO performance dashboards and reports using data-driven insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and support SEO best practices for regional expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar SEO-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first company.
• Exposure to international or multi-market SEO.
• Knowledge of basic HTML, schema markup, or JavaScript SEO.
