Location: On-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns, including briefing, negotiation, and KPI alignment.
  • Develop and optimize affiliate partnerships with bloggers and brand ambassadors to drive revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare monthly insights.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Sales teams to ensure overall marketing alignment.
  • Coordinate logistics, product seeding, and ensure compliance with advertising standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media or KOL/Influencer Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and the influencer landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills using influencer or social analytics tools to measure ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia.
