What you will do

• Lead end-to-end content strategy across social, website, newsletters, and community channels.
• Define brand narratives and storytelling frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality assets, including long-form articles, videos, and campaign materials.
• Manage content creators and freelancers while collaborating with designers and videographers.
• Develop strategies for community engagement and leverage user-generated content to build trust.
• Analyze performance metrics and community insights to refine content strategies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating compelling narratives across written, visual, and video formats.
• Deep understanding of social media distribution, audience behavior, and digital storytelling.
• Experience managing creative teams or freelancers.
• Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
• Location: Must be based in Malaysia for on-site work.
