Production/Material Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze MRP results and release purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner.
• Manage PO lifecycles, including expediting, de-expediting, and cancellations.
• Monitor and address critical material shortages through escalation to the Commodity management team.
• Track supplier on-time delivery and resolve issues related to PPV, shipping, and accounts payable.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), evaluate material impact, and monitor cut-in dates.
• Support high-volume manufacturing (HVM) planning teams across Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS preferred).
• Professional experience as a material planner with a strong understanding of MRP logic.
• Proficiency in purchasing skills, PO management, and supplier coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Chinese.
• Must be local to the position location; no visa sponsorship provided.
