What you will do

• Produce monthly management accounts and manage cost controls.
• Prepare and approve monthly journals for accruals, depreciation, and operating expenses.
• Perform variance analysis on financial statements and KPIs for local leadership.
• Support the annual statutory filings, audit processes, and tax returns.
• Manage, train, and support junior members of the finance team.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the Business Partnering team.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant or Finalist with management accounting experience.
• BSc/MSc in Economics, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and IT financial systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead.
