What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Data, and Product leaders to define hiring needs and team structures.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for specialized roles in SRE, Data, AI, Quant, and Platform Infrastructure.
• Execute strategic sourcing targeting talent from high-scale, transactional environments.
• Craft compelling employer narratives based on engineering values like observability and resilience.
• Collaborate with the People Experience team to scale and improve recruiting processes.
• Analyze hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of attraction tools and social media.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring for complex, high-scale engineering environments.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, observability, service ownership, and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate credibly on technical topics within SRE, Data Science, and AI domains.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to act as an extension of the leadership team.
• Strong storytelling and candidate engagement skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Sydney, Australia
