hirify.global is building the foundation for global markets with a focus on speed, composability, and security with their product, Kuru Exchange, a CLOB DEX built natively on Monad.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and run trading strategies on KuruAnalyze exchange data to identify friction points and propose improvements.
• Work directly with external traders, market makers, and protocols integrating into Kuru to help them understand the system.
• Collaborate with the core team to stress-test ideas through simulation and backtesting.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running live trading strategies, crypto-native preferred.
• Familiarity with on-chain data (order book analytics, chain data, etc.).
• Intuition for market microstructure.
• Ability to communicate clearly with protocol engineers, external traders, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about DeFi.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLOB-based venues (CEX or DEX).
• Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains.
• Prior work on fee model design or liquidity incentive structures.
